It has been a busy few months. A wedding and a honeymoon and now back to doing things. We will have more family visits for New Year and have to do equal time at each over the 5 days.

Yes it is travelling day today. We were at his area for 4 days and now will have the next 4 days at my region. Then Thailand down near Cambodia.

As we would be bathing with all the relatives and as a newly wed I had kept it regular. The old relatives always look you all over and then talk about you as if you were not in the room. Child birthing hips, boobs, doesn't look too small down there, etc. My mom was laughing at me as she knew about how I like it now. I told her if she came to Tokyo this month she would have to follow my house rules now so she got a bit worried.

I remember visiting visiting public baths in villages that hadn't seen a foreigner go through in decades and it was like a public gyno inspection. I used to do the foreigners joke about eyes and pubes. You have dark eyes and dark pubes. I have blue eyes and ....

It might happen in other cultures too but it is still something in mine. Of course we all might go to the bath together in the country towns so they really make sure they look. I don't say anything or rebel because that is the nature of these families. Others might.

Oh I fell for the blue eyes joke when we had a Norwegian exchange student come to my high school. Someone had taught her that one. We were all excited to see her in the shower though. She was blonde like her head and everyone wanted to see her.
