We said no to that in a Federal Election, so the US agreed to do it, at your expense, and our government agreed to let you have air base's and use our air space. That was the deal the US proposed, so how is that you protecting us? You wanted to protect yourself from Russian attack over Canada. Canada didn't ask for protection... keep showing your ignorance.

Beside that, Canada has been there and stood side by side with the US and other allies and spilled blood in every conflict since WW1 with the exception of Bush jr's stupid Iraq invasion.

Which plate? Canada has delivered on it's NATO commitments, peace keeping commitments, with the exception of the invasion of Iraq, has been there fighting and dying along side the US, and we came to your aid on 9/11.

Last military accomplishment from the US to Canada was an invasion in 1812 ( though it was a British colony at that time). Oh and you lost btw.

You guys show up in 1917 to WW1 while Canada had been there since 1914, you didn't "save the world from Germany" then, the German Generals wanted to sue for peace before the Dough-boys even landed in England, the Kaiser refused and forced the war on for almost 18 months. How many millions of lives may have been saved if the US had got off of it's ass earlier?

Lets move on to WW2, people like you, forced FDR to work behind the back of the people, it wasn't until Japan attacked Pearl Harbour that people like you said, "oh wait, maybe we should be fighting in this war." The late entry of the US to WW2 cost several million casualties, compared to if you had entered in 1939 as the rest of us did.

Now you have the audacity to cry from your pulpit that we are the greatest military might on the planet. Yet back in the day when it was needed, and you were not the most powerful military, the same version of you would be saying oh we shouldn't get involved.
