How do you find a third?

My wife and I have decided to try opening our marriage. Long-story-cut-short, I now have a LDR going with a woman in another state that intends to move here soon. She has wanted to play with another woman's breasts since she was 14 years old, and has not found the right woman in 30 years. (Religion has kept her from looking/asking) She would love it if I could find a willing woman to join us, once she's here.

How does a man seek out such a woman, short of hiring a pro?
