The Constitution ONLY allows for impeachment for the enumerated reasons of "Treason, Bribery, High Crimes, or Misdemeanors."

Please note that "Obstruction of Congress" isn't one of the things listed. Nor is it a crime unless you can identify a US code that says so. (Hint: you won't.)

Therefore, the basis for the impeachment isn't within the EXPRESS REASONS laid out in the Founding document. Unless the impeachment fits within those reasons, it is outside the parameters and, therefore, UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
