Remember how Trump said that if he became president, there'd be so much winning? This doesn't feel like winning.

There is no such thing as winning there. Even if we had the political willpower to kick their ass and take their shit, it wouldn't be worth much, Afghanistan and Iraq would have much better wins but our pols didn't have the guts to finish the job in either place.

That reminds me of 2012, when President Obama withdrew all U.S. ground forces from Iraq so that he could then claim that the war in Iraq was OVER - just in time for his 2012 re-election - only it wasn't the RUSSIANS moving in, but ISIS! Obama created a vacuum that allowed the emerging Islamic state to suddenly PROSPER, which they readily did!

It was President Trump's policies in Iraq & Syria that DESTROYED ISIS, Secretive Victoria! The United States was NEVER in Syria to grab territory for ourselves, or even to establish a Kurdish state! No, we were there to DESTROY ISIS! The Syrian government (and its Russian allies) also have that same goal. And, like it of not, Turkey is an American NATO ally.

As for the Kurds, we helped them to destroy those ISIS forces that took root in Iraq & Syria. The Kurdish people currently exist mostly in Northern Iraq, but are ALSO stretched out across northwestern Iran, into southeastern Turkey, and also northeastern Syria. In fact, it was President Obama drawing his "red line in the sand" in Syria, warning that nation's President Bashar al-Assad NOT to use poison gas on his rebellious Kurdish population, that the al-Assad regime promptly IGNORED, with the Obama administration then doing nothing in response! The Syrians (like the Russians & Chinese) held our President Obama (and his warnings) in complete contempt!

When our President Trump later warned the Syrians to cease their attacks on civilians, and they then ignored HIM, Trump responded by firing fifty-nine U.S. cruise missiles at Syrian air force bases, despite Russian objections! Trump also re-imposed harsh economic sanctions on Russia's ally Iran, which has since resulted in anti-government rioting in Iran's capital (and throughout that Islamic, America-hating nation!) America's enemies are quickly learning that Trump is a much stronger U.S. president than was Obama!

A former CIA operative told Insider the evidence is "overwhelming" that Trump is a Russian agent, but another CIA and NSA veteran said it was more likely Trump was currying favor with Putin for future business deals.

Meanwhile, a recently retired FBI special agent told Insider that Trump's freewheeling and often unfounded statements make it more likely that he's a "useful idiot" for the Russians. But "it would not surprise me in the least if the Russians had at least one asset in Trump's inner circle."

America's limp-wristed President Obama actually threatened Syria with an American military response (his "Red Line in the Sand") if the Bashar al-Assad regime continued to use poison gas on his rebellious Kurdish citizens. But the Russians assured Assad that Obama would do NOTHING and so Syria ignored his empty threats. And, sure enough, Obama did NOTHING as the Assad dictatorship continued gassing Syrian citizens!!

But then President Trump took office, and made the same warning to Syria. Again, the Syrians counted on the Russians to protect them, but Trump had OTHER ideas and immediately fired 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles at Syrian air force bases! How exactly did THAT serve Russia's interests, Keith?

And then there's Russia's other ally, Iran! Our President Obama did everything he possibly could to make things easy on Iran, including surreptitiously shipping billions of dollars to the mullahs of that America-hating nation in the dead of night. Was THAT in Russia's interests, Keith?

But then along comes President Trump, who re-imposes harsh economic sanctions on the Iranians, which have since resulted in violent unrest in the streets of Tehran! More recently, Trump attacked Iran's militia allies in Iraq with air-strikes, with the Iranians orchestrating an attack on our embassy in Baghdad, which President Obama would have allowed (e.g. see: Benghazi) - but Trump's NOT Obama, is he?
