A timid high-school boy is tormented and bullied by his popular sister and her friends. She starts a rumor about him being a perv, making him a pariah in the school. His parents dismiss this as just sibling rivalry

The boy, desperate, attempts suicide. Only then their parents react and since she's already over 18, the sister is effectively disowned, just given some money and told to get lost.

Both siblings meet by chance a few years later. He's a college graduate, she's had a hard life.

They meet by accident? Hrmm... There's a lot more potential with this kind of thing.


It's a blind date - the son's friend at college didn't know the daughter's backstory. Maybe they have a very common last name ("Smith", "Jones", "Chang", etc) or the daughter's changed her name/goes by a new nickname.


They bump into each other (perhaps literally?) at a grocery store. Or a sex toy shop. Or a church event.


The daughter's motivated to get her brother's forgiveness, feeling guilty.

The daughter's motivated to get revenge for getting kicked out

The son is motivated to get his sister's forgiveness.

The son is looking for revenge for having been driven to the suicide attempt

(Mix and match these last four as you will - She wants revenge and he wants forgiveness, both want revenge, whatever)


The daughter ends up being the kinky one, perhaps a porn star, perhaps a prostitute, perhaps a Domme, perhaps a pro sub

The daughter ends up swearing off sex.

The son does the same with obvious gender flips.

The son does the same but as a crossdresser

The son becomes a daughter.


Etc.

The setup leaves SO much room to run with here - this could be a helluva series replaying the meeting in different ways, a different 'universe' each story.


Alternately, pick your favorite scenario and run with it. What happens when the parents figure out what's going on? The police/church/boss/other authority figure(s)? The neighbors?

If the son and/or daughter are involved with another, what do their partners have to say about the new relationship? Could be positive (Oooh, KINKY!) or negative (Eeeew, kinky!)


So many options here, it's wonderful.

Im actually working on a similar story where a girl gets kicked out of the nest for juvenile delinquency by her stepmother and, years later, finds out they had another kid that they raised to be extremely sheltered.

The son starts to leave, and the sister starts heckling him into staying through the date, and (having learned from his trauma and become a vengeful person) afterwards he takes it out on her. If you want a longer story he could blackmail her (with pictures, threatening to follow her around and make her life miserable, or anything you can think of) into servicing him long term, or pimping her out
