Unable to log in to Author panel using IE 11 V 11.864.17763.0.

Just keeps taking me back to the login panel.

Works fine in Windows Edge.

Should have included Windows 10 operating system.

I was going to post about this elsewhere, and it doesn't work on Windows 7 either.

It looks like either "They're doing some stuff" or "Some stuff is broken."

I have faith in our tech support!

They're doing an update and the login problem is fairly common after.

Still the same today. BTW I should mention I cleaned cookies etc out before starting this post just to be sure.

Same problem

Using win7 IE 11
I can get past log-in screen goes to loading the application a constants and a couple of other things. Then stops and kicks back to log-in screen.

I can log-in fine with new laptop running Windows 10, everything works.

hmmm, still appears to be down for me. Either they are still working on the issue, or they are not aware there IS an issue (unlikely as it sounds) or... If worse comes to worse I may need to request a new password, and hope that THAT password works, as my current one no longer does for whatever reason.

It is not the first time I have encountered a website that lets you pick a log-in password, but then refuses to recognize that password once you set it up (or, one day it simply stops recognizing it.) Sometimes, when this happens with websites, the issue never does get resolved. I hope these guys are on the ball here- because I love this website and want to continue contributing.

This is quite common after an upgrade. They're working on the upgrade issues and it will get fixed soon. A new password won't help.

Sorry about the problem and thank you for reporting it. :D

Have you tried in Chrome or Firefox to see if it's browser specific? I have added it to my list for testing and will get back with you.

Sorry also for the slow reply, I am spending most of my time the last few days trying to get the BETA of the new Story Page out for all users.

Only tried it with Edge.

IE11 is still the problem. Edge is fine. I took out Chrome from my machine so I can't tell. Maybe somebody else could try it. It seems to be the same experience as it was the last time an upgrade was done.

Anyway, I know you're busy with the new lit page. I expressed my delight with that on that thread. I can get in to the AP so it's not the end of the world.

Still a problem :)

I, too, keep waiting patiently for this to be fixed... maybe I'll try re-setting my password? Although I'm not sure how much good that will do, because I am, theoretically, already logged in when I try to click on the author panel; it is prompting me to log in again even though I already am logged in. (So maybe this is part of the issue from a coding end? I wouldn't know since I dont' know anything about site building or coding.)
