Unable to log on to chat

Hi, Admin team...

From earlier today, I'm able to successfully log on to my Lit profile, but unable to access the Chat platform. I'm on my mobile and have attempted multiple times, but unable to get into chat.

Hopefully this will get resolved soon!

Let me know if there is anything I need to do from my end, please.

I've put this in all kinds of places not really knowing who to report it to. I'm having problems with logging in, I'm on a loop and can't get in. I don't stay logged in for long then the page "cannot be loaded" I've messaged my moderater about this not really knowing if they could pass it on. I;ve since found this thead so I'm moaning about it again. Please help thank you

sometimes I cannot log in at all, then I get dumped out again, sometimes it takes a while, sometimes not so

If you sometimes get fully logged in with the chat window running and user names displayed then the problem is probably on your side. Are you running in an incognito window? Any VPN or ad blockers running on your phone?
