JC's great sermon on everyday Ethics, for example, The Sermon on the Mount could have been delivered just as easily by his immediate predecessor the great Jewish Rabbi Hillel the Elder, and neither would have had the slightest problem with the concept of Humata, Hukhta, Hvarshta.

No the Jews didn't pick up the idea. Adam lived 950 years and was contemporary with Noah. The two of them cover almost 2,000 years of history. Abraham was possibly contemporary with Noah.

All the things in the Bible happened and there are only 3 generations between the beginning of Adam to Abraham. It was accurately recorded.

The only thing that this article and your comment proves Xfrodo is that both you and the writer are completely nuts.

Abraham and all the other patriarchs down to Moses had never even heard of the god called Yahweh. The called their god, El, El Shaddai or Elohim. Moses discovered Yaweh when he went to live among the Midianites.

My 'Proof' is the eyewitnesses who saw Him AFTER His resurrection, the eyewitness testimony of the Bible, the Secular Writings of Him and His resurrection from His day and shortly thereafter by those who were contemporary with Him and shortly thereafter, the early Church writings, the Apocryphal writings, the explosion of Christianity after the resurrection (Had He not risen from the dead, He would have been exposed as a fraud and Christianity would have died then and there), the changed lives, the fulfilled prophecies of the Bible of Christ, Israel and other issues and on and on and on...

My FAITH is backed up by the evidence. Your FAITH that it's not true isn't.
