I got a $400 couch. My daughter sits on it when she comes over. My cats use it. I rarely use it. Always in my computer chair too!

It seems any quality furniture is extremely expensive. There is so much I need. It’s one of the reasons I’m trying to teach myself DIY, so I can do more for myself, and save up to buy furniture at the same time! A couch will probably be one of the last things I save up for/buy. It doesn’t really feel like a necessity! I want to get a dining table and chairs, so if I ever invite anyone over, they’d have somewhere to sit
