Obama certainly could have been impeached for that but that's not the remedy. The remedy is for the Congress to either pass a DACA style law or pass a law repealing his executive order.

He then goes on to whine that you can't conduct an impeachment inquiry without all the witnesses ---> he therefore lends support to an Article of Impeachment on Obstruction. Trump is obstructing the inquiry.

Issuing a subpoena is not the same as having a subpoena upheld by SCOTUS ordering the violation of presidential executive privilege, you simpleton.

You don't even have a vote in the full house to censure anybody for failure to comply. All you have is one guy issuing a subpoena to the president of the United States inner circle. You don't get to do that on a whim. You don't get to do that on a fishing expedition.

Remember when you-all were claiming the accused does not get due process in the intelligence committee because you're just investigating and that the real hearing would be in the Judiciary?

Now you decided not to hold any hearing at all. You never even voted to have an impeachment hearing. You only agreed to have a ridiculous set of rules for an impeachment inquiry (whatever that is) so you have an "iinquiry" where the Republicans can't actively participate and now you're going to issue articles of impeachment and vote on them, having never had a hearing about the justification for the articles.

Soviet show trials did a better job of having some sort of substance to them. You're going to get creamed in the Senate.
