That is not to say that the final record must have a confession or incriminating statement from the accused. Rather, it was meant to be a complete record of the key witnesses that establishes the full range of material evidence. Only then could the body reach a conclusion on the true weight of the evidence—a conclusion that carries sufficient legitimacy with the public to justify the remedy of removal.”

Anyone read the Impeachment Report? Did anyone notice the call logs included showing Schiff spied on Nunes, Giuliani, and Lev Parnas? Parnas is under indictment in SDNY for a campaign violation scheme. Those call logs are from ATT and are the product of a National Security Letter (NSL). How did Schiff get his hands on them. Looks like the US Attorney's Office in SDNY used an NSL to obtain the call logs between Parna and Giuliani in connection with their investigation of Parna and somebody leaked them to Schiff. They don't need to be approved by a federal judge but they have to be signed off by the FBI Director, Chris Wray. This is a problem the President has to look into. These are not to be made public, yet there they are right in the public Impeachment Report. Looks like Schiff fucked up and accidentally included them in the record. His lying ass might finally be in real trouble and he's most likely fucked others in the process. I'm sure Giuliani and Nunes are ready to pounce on Schiff and others as we speak.
