You do know that up until the 1900’s marrying ones cousin was the very common thing everywhere. Pharos married siblings, all the Royal houses are cousins and so are many long aristocratic families. No, and since I'm feeling nice, I'll throw out a couple of answers myself.

So, what's a problem with incest?

Well, say for instance there's a brother and sister who are adults and they want to have sex. If they don't have safe sex and she gets pregnant, it can turn out to be a huge problem for the child. Obviously, if the family found out, they might act out in various different ways. Eventually, it could lead to unwarranted stress on the child, which could ultimately cause trauma throughout their entire life.

It could for sure ruin a family if one person who's interested in incest approaches a family member for a sexual relationship. That could cause divides in people of that family.

There ARE reasons incest could be considered wrong. But it's not because "OMG DISGUSTING UR GROSS COME FIGHT ME OMG"
