Just for a bit of fun...

What are the unusual smells which either turn you on, or attract you to someone? Or turn you off?

I’ve always found that funny smelly things can really affect whether or not I’m drawn to someone.

For example, I find the smell of freshly-washed hair very seductive. Also the smells of soap, just-ironed bedsheets (being ironed affects their smell), hairspray, beeswax cosmetics - I’m always drawn to people who smell of such things.

The smell of marker pens, new exercise books, and wood-smoke always get to me too.

But the smells of red wine or coffee on someone really turn me off them.

What are yours? And I wonder how different men and women’s tastes are in this respect!

I think my least favourite smell is that horrible stench of clothes that haven't been dried properly and then retain a sort of stale bo type smell especially when damp.

Yup. That is gross and lingers till you wash them again!
