Anybody forms a pm group and be one's own host. So that you get to choose whoever may work better with you. Then we'll have different groups and we'll go to different parties....wouldn't that be fun ?

If you have no profile or threads/postings, I wouldn't know how to talk with you, unless you express yourself clearly as to what idea you have about forming a group together.

Being online the written word is about the only tool we have the second is photos/images.

I like this concept; getting into a small group of people and having a conversation with everyone about anything. I'll have to give this some thought as it sounds like it would be fun.

The concept sounds cool, though it might not be easy finding like-minded ones to be in the same group. What sort of topics are your ideas about? Not too sure how a group chat would work in the PM box, but will keep an eye on this thread for further updates.

On the forefront it sounds interesting, though it could be a challenge to get all together at the same time for a real time exchange. Let alone everyone remembering to hit reply all.

But giving it a shot doesn't hurt at all, and finding away around any obstacles that pop up. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

It doesn't have to be done at the same time for a real time exchange. One person writes something and sends it out to the entire group (5 max).

- Advantages / disadvantages of small group discussion; how could the small-group format shape the conversation?

Advantages: The group setting could provide second chances for members to make adjustments when something doesn't work out right.

Disadvantages : It would be difficult for the host if the group doesn't have group spirit or when the members don't get along . That' why I suggested that each one of us forms a subgroup ( see post # 6 ).

To all who might be interested to join a sub-group:

My profile contains a link to a forum thread which has a list of questions... they arent sexual topics, and its more a generalization get-to-know, which perhaps could be used to start-off a group chat and see how the vibe works within the sub-group.

I did go over your “ chat “ thread. The questions posed there look like you had in mind to meet men in person. That's why I didn't participate.

It should be quite easy for you to form a group. I think I should just stay here as a gate keeper and do the chores at this reception room. Let me know when somebody needs coffee or something.
