Whistleblower

Trump wanted Attorney General Bill Barr to hold a news conference declaring that Trump had broken no laws during the phone call in which he pressed the Ukrainian president to investigate Biden.

Like he did before releasing Mueller’s readymade intro and executive summaries.
President Trump wanted Attorney General William P. Barr to hold a news conference declaring that the commander in chief had broken no laws during a phone call in which he pressed his Ukrainian counterpart to investigate a political rival, though Barr ultimately declined to do so, people familiar with the matter said.
The request from Trump traveled from the president to other White House officials and eventually to the Justice Department. The president has mentioned Barr’s declination to associates in recent weeks, saying he wished Barr would have held the news conference, Trump advisers say.

Lindsey Graham just came up with the most brilliant defense I have seen to date. First he said "it's hearsay." Then when administration members on the call testified he switched to "no quid pro quo." Now he's going with incompetence. That's right, he's arguing that Trump's administration is too incompetent to have a unified strategy regarding Ukraine.

"What I can tell you about the Trump policy toward Ukraine: It was incoherent, it depends on who you talk to, they seem to be incapable of forming a quid pro quo, so no I find the whole process to be a sham and I'm not going to legitimize it," Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham, a South Carolina Republican, told reporters Wednesday.

The lack of a coherent foreign policy is not confined to the Ukraine. It's "seat of the pants" diplomacy at best.

It's patently disgraceful, which is why it appeals to many of the RWCJ simpletons here.

Oh I totally agree. But I just think it's hysterical that Graham has to resort to incompetence as a defense.

I guess holding his hands over his ears and yelling "la la la la" wasn't working anymore. :D

If only Obama had a foreign policy! WHATABOUT!

The last time, collectively, that we had a coherent foreign policy was the day after Pearl Harbor. That's what happens when you turn Congress and 1/3 of the Senate every two years and the President every four...

Unlike some of the heroes of the Left (China, Cuba, N. Korea, the former Soviet Union,
We have an extreme inability to plan long-term and right now, Congress is proving why.

Heard there are emails from the 2017 time frame from the whistleblowers lawyer on a scheme to initiate a coup and to depose Trump. More to come!

Trump was reading them last night down in West Monroe...

The whistleblower's mouthpiece;
The guy who sent him to talk to Schiff
to get help in drafting plans to turn a fake leak

into the undoing of the Muellar report and finally getting the impeachment
longed so desperately for since Day 1...

OKAY. I KNOW THAT THE LEFT HAS COMPLETELY CORRUPTED THE LANGUAGE, BUT WHAT EXACTLY DOES WITNESS MEAN IN THIS CASE? Testimony Transcript Shows William Taylor Never Talked To Trump, Wasn’t Even On July 25 Phone Call.

"Whistleblower" seems to have a whole different meaning as well.;)

It was reported yesterday and it's all anybody should need to know:

'Coup has started,' whistleblower's attorney said in 2017 posts calling for impeachment

Mark Zaid, one of the attorneys representing the intelligence community whistleblower at the center of the Democrats' ongoing impeachment inquiry, tweeted conspicuously in January 2017 that a "coup has started" and that "impeachment will follow ultimately."

Then, in July 2017, Zaid remarked, "I predict @CNN will play a key role in @realDonaldTrump not finishing out his full term as president." Also that month, Zaid tweeted, "We will get rid of him, and this country is strong enough to survive even him and his supporters."

Amid a slew of impeachment-related posts, Zaid assured his Twitter followers that "as one falls, two more will take their place," apparently referring to Trump administration employees who defy the White House. Zaid promised that the "coup" would occur in "many steps."

CBS Has Fired The Whistleblower Employee Who Leaked The ABC Video About Spiking The Epstein Story

Here’s a real whistleblower, exposing an actual wrong, who’s now being punished for it. So CBS is now colluding with ABC.

The same Graham that says he is not going to read the impeachment transcripts and repeatedly called Sonland Sunderland?

I think he is both providing an incompetent defense and holding his hands over his ears.

Yes, he’s a patriot. Get over it. It’s by no means all anyone needs to know.
