guy buy robot/android maid and fell in love

Hello,
I want to reread a story (it was very good) but i can't find it, although I really abused the search engine...maybe I put in the wrong tags.

So, the story was like this:
- A guy buy an android/robot/whatever only to do some house chores (no sexbot!)
- he starts to play around with the robot update interface
- He finds a way to breach the security and download some high-ends updates
- One of these updates is a beta that give feelings to the robot
- They fell in love and they have to run from the producing company that want back the robot
