Being a photographer my self having a great subject is a good start. It takes a lot more to get the fabulous photographs that Richard gets. Knowing lighting, angles, lens lengths, depth of field, posing the subject and more to get just the right picture he is looking for. Then the post shoot work to make the photo look just right can take alot of time. Richard has a great eye and makes Vanessa look as hot as she is. Having such a great model is a great start!
John you are correct you could get good pictures but getting great pictures takes alot of work and knowledge.

Phew!! So good to hear you and Richard are safe. You certainly have been busy with everything that has being going on round and about where you live but good you got to Canberra for a short break among it all.
Hope your homes and gardens(?) have not been too badly affected by all the devastating fires in the area. I remember one of your earlier homes had a spectacular garden and appeared to be in a dense rain forest type area so with hindsight perhaps it was a good thing to move to more open properties with less fire risk?
Look forward to "the detail" in the next few days ... am sure it will also be more hot stuff ...... but a of a much more glamorous and less devastating variety .... lol!!!!

Thanks for your concern, Vasco. Actually that old garden of ours was right at the bottom of the valley so probably one of the least risky places for bushfires. But the new places aren't too bad from that point of view and have a much better climate, so the move was a good one. Yes, we have been really busy but hopefully will get a quieter period from here on. Appreciate your lovely compliments as always!
