You hear about Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin on the hook for bribing schools. Shouldn't the people who took the bribes be more at fault? Why aren't they being prosecuted,... or did I miss something?

you also have to think the IRS will be auditing them (those charged and fired) as far back as they can. how long have they been doing this? did they declare their gifts?
