Of course. If I was looking for an artist to do something standard then yes. I need someone who likes the challenge of delicate lines plus someone who is good with animals plus is good with florals. I also have to trust them and all of that combined is why my left sleeve is not done yet. So I continue to interview artists until I’M confident. Chicago has a plethora of talent.
