Disproving rule 34.

Have you ever searched the intrnet for something and disproved rule 34?

what is the intrnet? I know what the internet is, but not intrnet.

Also, what is rule 34? Need some more info or context.

Without clarification rule 34 could mean a lot of different things depending on where it is used or who is using it.

I'm sure there a lot of companies that have a rule 34 in their codes of conduct book or their employee handbook.

Rule 34 states that if it exists on the internet, it has something to do with porn.

...which is EXACTLY how our company's I.T. department operates.

Some of the crap they consider "porn" just makes me laugh: Chess strategy, Soduku, Office Depot, the Heavy Metal Encyclopedia, Auto Repair, Dungeons and Dragons... and needless to say, this website (the only one that actually makes sense). But it's rather disconcerting when, for example, you go to check out the local news site and your company accuses you of looking at porn (this really happens) or trying to look up laptop computers and get blocked for looking at a "porn site" Officedepot.com.
