███████████ Impeachment Proceedings On Donald Trump ███████████

They wear them ,because they are sick & tired of bigoted cunts LIKE YOU, calling them "cheeto-water-carrying asses".

But you seem to be incapable of understanding that people don't like to be insulted, and ridiculed, by the likes of yourself, or anybody for that matter.

So.....if you don't like it....don't dish it out.

That ain't the reason why they wore those shitty shirts. And your Cheeto-water-carrying ass knows it, too. :D

You could slap me with the feather from a drunk pigeon's ass and it would do more damage than this...horrid, embarrassing, schmuck-tacular fail...

...still, keep on being you, Klinksey! You the only you you got! :D

There is NO vote required to investigate a President for impeachment. Any committee can investigate any Presidential transgression. The ONLY vote required is a simple yes/no vote on Impeachment after all the facts are in and the bill prepared.

The "two votes required" narrative exists only within the right wing echo chamber.

YAWN.

The power of impeachment is granted to the "House of Representatives...," as I have previously noted, the three committee Chairmen and the Speaker, are not the "House of Representatives," and as we shall see, cannot act as the whole house under any sane examination of Constitutional jurisprudence, or historical precedence. Without the vote, the whole process is legally and constitutionally meaningless, as for all practical purposes it becomes a "political question" and "separation of powers" issue in the eyes of the courts. There is not going to be an impeachment inquiry conducted in the Intelligence Committee where the Chairman can withhold evidence, testimony, and the identity of witnesses, as classified information and then selectively leak testimony damaging to the President. The whole thing is going to collapse of it's own stupidity, as will your argument.

That ain't how it happened, Klinky. Revisionist history ain't your friend here.

We're returning your serve. The serve y'all started thinking y'all won after one swing.

I'm dishing it right now. Apparently I must like it because you can't take it.

Also note that another State Department employee is testifying today.

Marie Yovanovitch is a fired Ambassador caught misrepresenting the foreign policy agenda of the trump administration, ostensibly believing she had a right to stay on the job as a deep state apparatchik working to subvert the foreign policy objectives of the President. There is now emerging evidence she was engaged in the illegal surveillance of American journalists investigating Ukraine and the Biden corruption affair. This is no doubt one of the reasons she was fired and why William Barr ordered Durham to expand his criminal investigations into all things Ukraine. It's highly likely she will be facing a federal criminal investigation.

how come no one posts the recent news

I just did on the WHISTLEBLOWER thread.....

good you all dont look

cause it will blow up the narrative

Well, all that conjecture ^^^ has nothing to do with the point I was making about the State Department's stonewalling strategy falling apart, but I understand you just got back from vacation, and I remember you were a bit slow before you went on vacation.

Klinkster doesn't have you on iggy.

Klinkster is ignoring you, because you are an ignorant insulting bigoted cunt, who offers nothing but hate.

Nice to see you!

I guess you didn’t notice that Sondland statement was from today, and he will testify next Thursday.

Edited to add a link from the National Review.

https://www.nationalreview.com/news...despite-state-department-order-not-to-appear/

I did notice but remember the key statement made by his attorneys:

“Ambassador Sondland does not control the disposition of his documents. By federal law and regulation, the State Department has sole authority to produce such documents, and Ambassador Sondland hopes the materials will be shared with the Committees in advance of his Thursday testimony,”

So if he does testify, Schiff and his conspirators will not be getting the documents, text messages, or other privileged material they are seeking. Another thing to remember, a demand letter is not a "subpoena," and any real "subpoena" can be challenged in court. These demand letters in order to have the judicial authority of a subpoena must meet the three following criteria:

1st:“the committee’s investigation of the broad subject area must be authorized by its chamber;

2nd: “the investigation must pursue “a valid legislative purpose” but does not need to involve legislation and does not need to specify the ultimate intent of Congress;

3rd: the specific inquiries must be pertinent to the subject matter area that has been authorized for investigation.

The demand letters do not meet the first criteria, which means it must be approved by its chamber, meaning a vote of the whole House. Without judicial authority, the demand letters can be ignored by the Executive branch.

Between him and Bot my morning’s been made. Although it’s coffee I am sipping, it’s sweeter and richer.

You mean where I laughed about your post about the EU ambassador as if it was some sort of damning doom for Trump??

I'm glad you got a warm fuzzy about that, hope it was as good for me as it was you.

OHHHH look a super progressive buddy!!!

BotanyBoy is the perfect example of this.

ProjectionDownSouth, thinking about me in his off time!!

Shocked you managed to post about me without using a term like "gook" or "gookhammer" while making up lies about me.

That ain't how it happened, Klinky. Revisionist history ain't your friend here.

"Revisionist history ain't your friend here"

Immediately post revisionist history.

I'm dishing it right now. Apparently I must like it because you can't take it.

The only thing you and the other anti-American "Woke" left are dishing out right now is hot air and hopes "flyover" country has come to hate everything about the USA as much as you do in the last four years...but deep down inside you know that's just not true. :)

Deflection doesn't disprove anything he said.

Though I might have to switch up from my old one.

Maybe not before Rudy takes down a few more of IL DOUCHE'S comrades.

Note to historians: Trump was also known during this period as IL DOOKIE, so named because every thing around him turned to shit.

As you will notice dear, Sondland did not testify. He will testify when Pelosi decides to take a vote of the whole House in order to legitimize any impeachment inquiry, as was contemplated by the founders. The Constitution states, "The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment." Nancy Pelosi, Jerrold Nadler, Adam Schiff, and Elijah Cummings, are not "The House of Representatives."

I don’t think you did because your post could not have more wrong. Couple that with the fact that Sonland was issued subpoena and you’ve made my morning two days in a row.
