4 key dates in the House's impeachment inquiry
Tomorrow: Marie Yovanovitch, the former US ambassador to the Ukraine, is scheduled to testify before the House Intelligence Committee.
Thursday: Former US Special Envoy for Ukraine Kurt Volker plans to appear for a deposition in front of three congressional committees — Intelligence, Oversight and Reform.
Friday: Michael Atkinson, the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, is expected to brief the House Intelligence Committee behind closed doors.

I think he'll be impeached by the House, and the Senate will do nothing to hold him accountable.
In the long run, I hope he and his three adult children end up impoverished, friendless, and imprisoned, but I'm not holding my breath.

If this happens, the Dem vote will be galvanised 100%. Likely will mean no 2nd term for Trump.
I think yours is the likely scenario. However, much as they've been asking for it, I'm not counting the Senate out just yet...I think there could be movement there.

I think there’s lots and lots of room. Big news will continue to break Trump will keep spinning like the “corrupt human tornado” he is, and Republicans already cracking. More and more are speaking out to refute Trumps lunacy.

If the crooked Clintons did not get thrown in jail with their “Foundation” and Bill did not get removed from office and left more popular than before, I doubt Trump will be removed from offices. The best thing that America can do is VOTE him out instead of Impeach him. I believe the DEMS know they could lose with the candidates they have. There are no winners with this fiasco. Also nothing is actually being done by Congress except argue. No progress for our country will be made for another 5 years of more. The next President will be a lame duck as soon as they are put in.

The house hasn't voted yet and you're already in the Senate. The house is not a lock.
The house can't make up their mind on the articles of impeachment. If the house votes a simple majority then the minority will have subpoena powers. That will be very interesting as well as a long drawn out ordeal. May not be finished in time for the elections. Nancy needs to make a decision, either she's all in or let the election decide.
