Yet another reason I’ve always been so careful with pics. If I show someone something it’s for them. If I post it then that’s different to a degree but I was horrified when someone that I thought was a friend took a screenshot of a pic I’d posted publicly and talked about saving it for later...

When I'm wronged by someone I'm just pleased that another scumbag has outed themselves. Makes it easier when they're obvious.
As far as pictures go I don't ask for them often. If someone enjoys the sending, that's the buzz for me. And since I so rarely play these days, it's only with people who have enough trust in me to know that I'm not an arse.
No criticism of anyone who has been caught out mind. Easily done I'm sure.

Due to lots of things I have been forced to move in with my ex. He has actually been taking really good care of me since my surgery and all I can think is if he was this great when we were together then we still would be.
While I am extremely greatfull for the care I am outa here ASAP. He burned any and all bridges to my heart long ago. Hell I even fell in love with someone else!

This I don't understand. Forwarding another persons pic posts or reposting them to another thread is just wrong.
I've seen pic posters who were happily posting click to open pics be shocked when someone reposted the pic in the thread where it was visible without clicking it. That's another bit of inconsiderate rudeness.
It's no wonder to me that so many pic posters remove their pic posts after a short period of time.

I’m sorry you’re going through it, Shi. I know when I was actively posting pics that shit was everywhere. They were even on escort websites pretending to be me. I was always super careful to not post anything super revealing (really!) and never ever ever my face. When stuff ended up elsewhere I kind of chalked it up as the price of entry, as shitty as that is. Once things are publicly available on the internet they’re no longer yours, even if they should be.

The thing about pic posts is if your posting a nude or partial nude avoid including all of your face in the picture. Also if you have readily identifiable tattoos or piercings either crop them out or use a filter to mask them.
Most of the people posting in the show your face PG thread only leave those pics up for a short period of time and they're face pics.
Where things get hinky is if you acquire a stalker or someone who's got it in for you. Otherwise Wife of Bath wrote the best comment on this.
