I'm making a big assumption here but we all realize the meaning of "Impeachment", and that this whole thing is masturbation, right?

No...99% of the anti-Trump or #Reistance hasn't got the slightest fucking clue how the government works or what country they are in and 1/2 of them think it means they will draw and quarter Trump on the front steps of congress.

I can't see any way this ends well for the Democrats.

That's really one of the funniest things about their reaction. OK, I think it was wrong to target Biden because it was wrong period, but that's the extent of my personal concern for Biden or his apparently useless kid.



I think this is the first time we've seen a date given for when the complaint was made: August 12. That seems to point at either Dan Coats or (more likely) his former deputy Sue Gordon as the whistleblower.

The phone call was made July 25; Coats resigned on the 28th; and Gordon resigned on August 8. And the insinuation that the whistleblower had a political bias against Trump would be a lot harder to make against Coats, whose picture can be found next to "Midwestern Republican Senator" in the dictionary.

Also, remember that Trump originally wanted to replace Coats with Ratcliffe, a ridiculous hack in the Nunes mold. I think they had an idea something like this might be coming.

Why do you say that? I didn't say anything that was not true. They are my opinion based on my observation of the facts. SO many people (sadly, young victims of our public school system) think the President is removed if he is impeached.
I saw Mrs. Warren fumble her way through the question about ethics. It was almost identical to when Ronald Reagan said, "Yes, but no." or when Bill Clinton said, "that depends on what the meaning of 'is' is."
