Trump Acknowledges Discussing Biden in Call With Ukrainian Leader

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/09/22/us/politics/trump-ukraine-biden.html

Trump says he know what pressure looks like and that wasn’t pressure. Maybe if he’s asked nine times during one phone call? 🙊

Like I said a few days ago. It's like clockwork:

1. Trump: I didn't do it.
2. Trump: I didn't do it, but it would be perfectly legal if I had done it.
3. Trump: OK, I did it.

There's really no question left. Trump admits he did it. It's an impeachable and removal offense (among so many others Trump is guilty of). The whistleblower has gone through proper channels. The law on the charge going to Congress is clear. Trump and Barr are illegally holding the charge from Congress. Both Trump and Barr should be impeached and removed.

It's really clear cut.

1-telling a country we wont give em taxpayer $$$ if they are corrupt is WRONG?

2-when Biden withheld $1 billion, was that impeachable?

just wait: when enough people catch on to how gross it is that Hunter Biden was pulling down $50,000 a month from Ukraine while his dad was Obama's policy point man there-

the brave journos will pretend a random diplomat buying a cheeseburger at Trump Hotel is the same thing

Just more of KeithD trolling TDS, nobody on LIT take's him serious. ;)

Forget Ukraine and Hunter Biden. There’s another story we should be paying attention to and the best part is that Hunter has admitted to it, which just raises more questions.

Via an interview he gave to the New Yorker and published in July, what’s the deal with the giant diamond he received from a wealthy Chinese businessman? Did he pay taxes on it as income?

From the New Yorker. This happened in 2017 and Hunter says it’s not a big deal because Joe Biden wasn’t in office:

other then T~D~S......

what is wrong

with asking a country to get ots house in order

before we give em OUR $$$

There is no question of Trump's guilt on this holding Congress-approved funds until another country goes after one of his political opponents. It's quite clear and Trump has admitted to it (and has done similar in the past and said in the past he'd do it again--which he has). His guilt is clear. He needs to be impeached and removed--and Bill Barr needs to go as well for obstruction of constitutional provisions. All of the despicable Trumpette deflection doesn't change the truth.

:cool:NOTHING TO SEE HERE. MOVE ALONG. Joe Biden’s Son Hunter Contradicted Father’s Claim They Never Discussed Ukraine Deal.

Meanwhile, the media and the Left (but I repeat myself) are all aghast that Trump might have wanted an investigation into what looks like some pretty blatant corruption they’re doing their best to ignore.

Trump just now, asked about his call with Zelensky: "It's very important to talk about corruption. If you don't talk about corruption, why would you give money to a country that you think is corrupt?...It's very important that on occasion you speak to somebody about corruption."

Giuliani told Fox Business on Monday that he couldn't be "100 percent" certain the president didn't threaten to cut off military aid to Ukraine during the July phone with Zelensky.

"Did the president threaten to cut off aid to the Ukraine?" Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo asked Giuliani.

"No, no, that was a false story," he responded.

"One hundred percent?" she replied.

"Well, I can’t tell you if it’s 100 percent," Giuliani said.

Because the phone call occurred while Ukraine was awaiting military aid from the U.S., critics have raised the possibility Trump was attempting a quid pro quo arrangement.

In the weeks before the whistleblower complaint became public, the Trump administration froze $250 million in military aid to Ukraine for unclear reasons. Then, just before Democrats revealed the existence of the whistleblower complaint, the administration released the hold on Ukrainian military aid and pitched in an additional $140 million.

And. . .?

Exactly.

Look at Aglo's histrionics above. As if Trump is the interesting story here.

If they Bluster about this enough maybe no one will notice what a crook Biden is in the mold of Hillary. The level of influence peddling in the Obama Administration is pretty amazing and they act like none of that means anything. Taking actual cash from foreign countries in exchange for us giving them billions or uranium or whatever is no big deal.

Okay since you want to Triple down on stupid: news linked to and contained in an editorial is not an editorial it's news. From CNN. CNN reported that. You can't impeach the source of the quote by pretending that the person quoting the quote from CNN made it up. It's in the article that I linked. That you didn't read.

The editorial twisted and spun facts and presented out-of-context conjecture from a stock news article to spin things to meet the editorial writer's preconcieved political bias. Small wonder you're so approving of it.

I read the article you linked to and your conclusion (or "conclussion", in Ish-speak) (i.e. "CNN is walking this back") is not supported by any facts in the article you linked to. I categorically challenge you to prove otherwise.

Reminds me of how Ted Bundy would randomly start conversations with people, just to make sure they weren't thinking of murdering somebody.

"Categorically challenge?"

What is the category? Authoritarian Anarachists for $500?

Yeah, let's have some long talks with the Trump regime about corruption--as soon as they stop obstructing justice.

I guess not everyone is educated enough to know who has to initiate impeachment.

This seems to be playing out just like the other "collusion." And no doubt with the same results.

Oh, and what high office is Hunter Biden running for? I just can't seem to get an answer to that question.
