Whistleblower

I did. Who knows exactly what the whistleblower overheard. Mudd said he was listening to calls all of the time, so you can scratch spying from your post. He also said it would be a different matter if Trump broke the law. Congress did not go tot the whistleblower, the law dictated the exact opposite. I’m sure Mudd is a firm believer in the rule of law.

You forgot the rest of what he said, It isn't the job of the Intel Community to listen to presidential calls and talk about them to the Congress. There is a such thing as separation of powers in the Constitution.

The Intel Community has ZERO oversight authority over the President and his conversations with foreign leaders. We don't know who this "whistleblower" is or what his motivations are but it will become known. This will prove out to be another deep state attack on the President that goes nowhere except to the headlines in the Democrat press.

Mudd, a political enemy of the President, also said the President can say anything he wants. I will add, these conversations are privileged, just as the President has no right to know what goes on with the communications of the Congress, they have no right to know what the President says or what his state of mind is in his private conversations with anyone.

The other point is, it is a fallacy that the President can break the law by releasing classified information. He is the legal final arbiter of what is classified and what isn't. He can declassify anything by simply ordering it declassified or by talking about it, "he" is the CnC, not the Congress.

So the whole premise that he did something illegal is aimed at the ignorant and will go nowhere, just like every one of the Democrat and Deep State attempts to undermine this President.

The President is not above the law, he's not below it either. There is no "legislative purpose" behind the Democrat demand for his taxes. New York passed that law solely to help congressional democrats to attack the President.

The Congress has no right to his tax information under federal law without a legitimate legislative purpose. They have produced no evidence of a any crime that would justify probable cause to seize his taxes. This is a political fishing expedition aimed at continuing the coup against his presidency.

^^^^ All in an effort to deflect and legitimize a President of the United States using the power of OUR office to compel a foreign power to harass an opposing political leader.

And this is why the US of A is becoming a shithole country.

Another crazy kook

You don't know what that conversation was about.

I remember when the Obama admin spied on congress ( senate staffers to be exact and journalist, AP and FOX, nobody liked it then and nobody likes it now. No one seems to understand the separation of powers including our own spy agency. The house has confused oversight and legislative responsibility with prosecutorial responsibility.

WTF! Do you have an office inside the DNI's office. You don't know shit. You certainly don't know anything about the law so why don't you stick your head back up your ass and park it somewhere, maybe Iran!

This is the gist. It's not about the president's right to release classified information — I agree that if Putin's Bitch wants to do that, there's no way to rectify it outside of impeachment or the voters' say.

But weaponizing the federal government against a political opponent, up to the point of extorting cooperation from a foreign country, is kind of new territory. Not surprising to see the pro-dictatorship wing of the GB is all for it.

a "whistleblower" sounds like a good guy that wants to do the right thing....and is to be lauded!, A unauthorized leaker, however should be in jail!!!!!!!!!!

And none of the people upset with whatever supposedly went on here was upset with the Democrats trying to get information on Trump from Ukraine during 2016.

 Remember the whole Alexandra Chalupa thing?

 Not to mention Joe Biden’s actual acts with Ukraine that are questionable.

"kind of new territory"? Ha!

Wasn't surprising, either, to see the pro-socialist wing of the GB all for the Obama administration/DNC/Clinton campaign weaponizing the fed govt against a political opponent. Whatever political party one roots/votes for, you partisan scumbags have collectively made this repugnant bed - so shut the fuck up and enjoy lying in it instead of nitpicking like little pussies about who's stealing the covers this time.

Obama IRS, DOJ, FBI etc etc

an intelligence official has no right to force declassification of presidential communications just because he disagrees with what was said. That’s not being a whistle-blower. It’s being a partisan.

The constitution gives near total unanimity to the President in conducting foreign policy. That means if he wants to ask an ally to investigate corruption or risk straining cooperation, he’s entitled to do so. You can not like it and you can vote him out in 2020 in response.

 But the laws don’t suddenly change just because Donald Trump is president.

Weaponize the federal government!!! LMFAO!!! You mean like Hillary, Brennan, and the rest of Obama's DOJ, spying on american civilians, fraudulent FISA warrants and that complete waste of time and money known as the Mueller report.

Congress is spinning its wheels and they know it. Otherwise, they’d have Trump’s tax returns and have started impeachment a long time ago.

Biden’s son screwed his brother’s widow, had crack paraphernalia in his car, was booted out of the Navy for doing blow, and is under investigation in Ukraine, but sure, let’s make this about Trump.

The Trump Two-Step is back in perfect form:

1. "I didn't do it, we're not going to tell you anything about this thing that I totally didn't do, and here are 1000 lawyers to make my case."

2. "BUT, you do realize that if I had done it, it would have been perfectly legal."

Works with the idiots every time.

and with idiots like you

EVERYTHING IS A PROBLEM!

and you believe everything...no matter what

It’s not like Trump doesn’t already know the Democrats are watching his every move looking for anything to bring against him.

He’d be a fool to think his phone calls weren’t being monitored by someone. P

That's the money shot.

Now the ignorant will burn up bandwidth in an attempt to prove they aren't ignorant and do nothing but achieve the opposite.

And yet when THEY kill their OWN citizen in another country

Stop selling shit!!!!!!!!!!

So what is the problem with telling a useless country like You Crane, we aint giving you free $$$ unless you stop corruption?

NOTHING!

YOU ARE ALL FUCKED IN THE HEAD

Remember the virtuous outrage of the left always covers their sins.

Trump was on the phone with the Ukrainian leader to talk about concerns about their government colluding with Nellie Ohr, (Bruce Ohr's wife working for Fusion GPS) and the Obama deep state working in collusion with the Ukrainian government against the Trump campaign during the election cycle and revelations about Joe Biden which he bragged about in public.

Little background. Remember the "Black Ledger?," It was a document given to Nellie Orh containing the only evidence available that Manafort had received millions in illegal cash payments to avoid taxation, allegedly for work performed for a foreign government. The problem was, the Black Ledger was a hoax. Nonetheless it was used to initiate the investigation and prosecution of Paul Manafort.

In the process of this investigation regarding the "Black Ledger" and its sources they discover that Biden had blackmailed the Ukrainian leaders by threatening to withhold a billion dollars in aid if he didn't fire the prosecutor investigating his corrupt son.

But now the corrupt Deep State resistance still remaining are trying to turn the attention towards alleged wrongdoing by Trump in order to divert attention away from the criminal acts of the Democrats and Joe Biden. This is what this latest "whistleblower" leak is all about, covering the sins of the left with phony virtue.

One more thing. Many people listen in to presidential conversations as a matter course. So the question is, why is this guy the only person who thought Trump's words were alarming? We know why.

Just another reason to impeach President Pinocchio.
