I don't always do it on purpose. I'm a big fan of lace, 95% of the underthings I own are lace just because I truly love pretty things, and since I wear them every day, I don't think its a big deal if someone gets a peek every once in a while.
With bras, even when I don't mean to, any normal movement or action might show the lacy strap, or show the top of the bra. Definitely more noticeable when I wear a bright colored bra and loose tops.
With panties, I may plan it if I'm wearing a short skirt or dress and particularly like the panties I'm wearing that day. Maybe its the red ones with the cutout in the back... or the thong with the big bow on the back... it happens.

I love sexy lingerie. Since I got my tits done, I enjoy getting pretty lacy bras and if someone sees the straps or the lace, I don't care. Never mean to show anything but it happens, especially when you have on certain types of tops. I like thongs and lacy panties as well and with low cut jeans or shorts they will show as well when I bend over. If someone gets a peak, well, maybe I made someones day.
