Wrong guy. That was Schultz, not Klink.
Wrong guy. That was Schultz, not Klink.
This, is so stupid, on so many levels.
What exactly, is an "assault/sniper style weapon"?
What makes a weapon qualify to fit this 'class'....what is the criteria?
I keep asking the question, but none of you gun grabbers seem to know....since none of you have answered the question.
She doesn't have the slightest fucking clue what she's talking about, she's just posting feel good bits as a virtue signal.
I have no dear friend.

There are NO assault weapons in civilian hands save those held by class III license holders. No shootings have been traced back to those license holders.
By definition every firearm out there is a "military style" weapon. All of them, shotgun, rifle, and pistol have been and are still currently in use by the military. This is especially true WRT the SOCOM troops who use a variety of firearms that are not standard issue. That being the case by broadening the definition of "military style" firearms ALL firearms may be subject to confiscation. And the democrats are past masters of definition broadening.
Bullshit. The question has been repeatedly answered, even by law enforcement, but when it is, you deny the answer. In fact, excuses are made. But, you asked, so let's try one more time.
An assault rifle is one which can fire in either full or semiautomatic mode. This would be like the M4. An assault-style weapon would be one which would be similar to said weapon in both operation and appearance.
Don't like that? Here's the Army's definition:
The US Army does define the term assault rifle as a short, compact, selective-fire weapon that fires a cartridge intermediate in power between submachine gun and rifle cartridges
So there you have it. A rifle which looks like a true assault rifle (the M4) and operates in a similar fashion (semi-automatic) which fires a cartridge in power somewhere between a submachine gun and a rifle cartridge.
Now go on, let's hear the excuses while you move the goalposts.

I wouldn’t really worry about any of this. There’s no way that guns will go away. It’s a lot of lip service. There are many many more Americans that own guns and support gun ownership than the trolls here that don’t.
There’s no way to actually enforce a law banning guns, “assault type” or otherwise. Who would enforce it? The police? The military? Most of those are gun owners and enthusiasts themselves. The only way to actually enforce those type of laws would be to have a foreign military force, some sort of “United peace keeping” force permitted in this country. Whomever would allow that sounds like a traitor to me.
EXCEPT...assault style doesn’t fire full automatic. It is semi. Just like a nine mm hand gun.Bullshit. The question has been repeatedly answered, even by law enforcement, but when it is, you deny the answer. In fact, excuses are made. But, you asked, so let's try one more time.

The NRA is marching towards irrelevance.

Assault STYLE is not the same thing as an assault rifle. I do support assault rifle bans to civilians
I don’t support assault STYLE bans.
I’m more than willing to change their minds. Go ahead and TRY to land a foreign military on our shores, see what happens. You're giving "progressive" democrats policy ideas.....
know exactly what the DOD defines as an 'assault weapon'. Read....I said it.
And....they have not explained why, they are more dangerous, than any oyther semi-auto.
And YOU defined, a weapon, I already CANNOT buy!
