I just found these, and I thought some of them were funny and a few are poetic. I think most of us struggle to find interesting ways to describe what's in our imaginations. So, I thought I'd pass these on.
Hyperbole in the original, because, clicks, right?
11 Amazing Antiquated Sexual Terms That Need To Be Brought Back

Example: 8 | slam like a dunny door in a gale – a quick sexual encounter
To translate from folksy colloquial to English, a dunny door is an outhouse door… and when there’s wind, it slams open and shut, back and forth, quickly. This is a term that would be used if Dan Rather or Keith Jackson were doing commentary on your sexual relations, and would definitely be peppered with some Whoa Nellys and some Hold the Phones.
11 Fantastic Sex and Love Idioms From Foreign Languages

Example: 6 | batuta ni Drakula
Tagalog for a powerful penis (literal: Dracula’s nightstick)
I never really thought of Dracula as being a sexual icon (nor as a nightwatchman?) but I guess 25 million Filipinos can’t be wrong. On the evil creature sexual rankings, I’d think that Dracula finishes somewhere in the third quartile, way behind Frankenstein and the Yeti, far ahead of the Mummy, and probably around the same as the Loch Ness Monster.
