Well, been a fairly productive day for me. 2 loads of laundry (still have to fold one). Made breakfast for me and dinner for everyone for the next few days.

Discussed Halloween costumes with kid, ugh. First choice waa mutated wels catfish, then parapandulus shrimp, cardinal fish (and the bioluminescent glue crap they both shoot), yeti crab etc etc. Yeah, my kid isn't the type you can buy a costume for, and he keeps overestimating my abilities. He finally picked something I can handle...Atlas beetle. I think I will put him in a black shirt and pants, make the body out foam, legs out of giant fuzzy sticks. Buy a bull costume headband or two, paint the horns black and retofit the 3rd horn to the headband.

Oh also built our rocket launcher today. Yeah, I totally bokehed my kid.

haha. yeah, my kid is weird. Though people eat the younger wels catfish, the 300lb ones probably not. However, kid was specifically referring to radioactive ones found in the cooling ponds of Chernobyl so probably not so yummy. the rest are small and very deep sea, so not sure anyone has tried.

Well, I'm a manager at a movie cinema, so we never close (except on Christmas Day and Boxing Day). So weekend work is not new. I understand why you wouldn't like football, but I enjoy it. So that was the better part of the day for me
