been jonesing for some ribs the past few weeks and gave in yesterday - even if i AM cheating: (pre-cooked and store-bought) hickory-smoked barbeque baby back ribs, together with H's ma'am's potato salad & a baby spinach, fresh toms and onion salad.

because ribs...

next time i'll buy fresh ribs, marinate them in yummy stuff and cook them myself. but my mouth wants ribs and it wants ribs now so....
