1. There is a TPR vs Silicone option. I would assume the silicone feels better? Any opinions there?

Spend your money on a wood router controller instead. It only comes with 2 speeds. That way you have every speed for her to hit that sweet spot that’s different on every woman. You’ll enjoy changing the speeds as well. Especially if you restrain her.

My wife and I sometimes use the "dildo" attachment that fits on the ball on the end. I don't know if it has any other name than the dildo attachment. It works well both vaginally and anally..... just make sure you clean it well before going from Option B to Option A.

Best I've received (male, not very fond of receiving penetration) is the wand itself, no attachments.
