Donald Trump thanks Democrats for Robert Mueller hearings

President Donald Trump mocked Democrats on Wednesday for holding hearings with former special counsel Robert Mueller on the Russia investigation.

“I would like to thank the Democrats for holding this morning’s hearing,” he wrote on Twitter ahead of Mueller’s additional testimony in front of the House Oversight Committee under chairman Adam Schiff on Wednesday afternoon.

Trump’s re-election campaign manager Brad Parscale also issued a statement calling the hearings a “disaster” for Democrats.

“This entire spectacle has always been about the Democrats trying to undo the legitimate result of the 2016 election and today they again failed miserably,” he wrote.

What I saw on display yesterday was almost painful to watch. That confused. slow witted, dullard that was testifying yesterday was NOT the Mueller that led the FBI. It is clear that Mueller is not well.

It is also clear that Mueller did not write that report. He didn't supervise the writing nor did he edit it. The man on display yesterday barely knows what the report says.

Sadly he allowed himself to be sucked into a perjury trap. It will be interesting to see if the democrats care to pursue that issue beyond yesterdays testimony. The republicans might to get it on record but I doubt that anyone has the will to prosecute Mueller.

Trouble is, the report had 180 pages of political bullshit that shouldn't have been in there in the first place. Based on the lack of legal knowledge that went into it, I believe it's real authors should be disbarred.
