Alternate Blurting II: Bandito

Not up for an intellectual discussion? That does seem to be the current state here. Nonetheless, your criticism is noted.

goodness, look at all the crybaby snowflakes posting in here. shame their names still even show up, really.

Hey Que, who do you figure has the biggest tits on the GB?

I was going to say Rob, but he's made himself scarce lately. Recovering?

He may have saved up for that double mastectomy his abdominoplasty doc had reccomended.

Personally, I think he should have gone for plugs and having lipo on those jowls first. Not everyone can rock the shaved Cranium like I can. He needs to hide as much of that face as possible. Plugs, pornostache, neckbeard. .

nice to see the house passed the bill for $15 minimum wage - shame it won't make it past the senate.

yes, it'd impact on job numbers, initially, but it'd prevent low paid workers being taken direct advantage of at the current minimum wage and most of those having to work either really really long hours in shitty jobs or to be working 2 and even 3 jobs at the same pay grade just to make ends meet. even $10 per hour would be a step up.

there's a place i know that makes a LOT of money... and i mean A LOT, having as its business the lottery and situated as it is on the state line, bordering a state that doesn't have lottery ticket sales. the people come across the state line in droves and from all across that state to buy their tickets. you know what they pay their counter staff? $7.25 per hour. the turnover in staff is enormous... very few work there for long and go on to better jobs. now the owner could afford, do not doubt it one moment, to pay his staff a living wage; while he has a constant stream of people in real need of getting a job, he abuses that and pays them disgracefully... yet preaches to them about being a part of the company, and being how they should be invested in their job to get job satisfaction. there are people there who actually enjoy the job, but the turnover's so high because they just cannot afford to raise their families on such piss poor wages.

so the businesses will cry about the higher wages they should pay; they may even need to lay off some people. but guess what? if someone's working 2 or 3 jobs but can then afford, due to better wages, to just keep the 1 job, there will be openings in the job market. any job should offer a basic, minimum wage that allows an individual to get by in a basic manner.
