Alternate Blurting I: Wasteland

This ref is fucking nuts. She's giving fouls for nothing challenges and only a booking for the head high dangerous kick that should have been a straight red.

i just checked the schedule and apparently the only game i'll get to watch this weekend is us v chile. that's just fucking great.

also, greenland apparently lost 2 billion tons of ice yesterday, so yeah, you go kill green things.

If you have a vpn that can spoof a UK IP addy, BBC iplayer is showing all the matches.

good reading

Lance is back?!
I can't be bothered to keep up.
Either way, no one is using my years as lube!
he never really went and has been posting his usual shit as oral. you just know you should be honoured :)

in other news, H is as happy as a megalomaniac firestarter as his new, improved and bigger propane torch has just arrived. the evil laughter was precious. the ants don't know what's about to hit them.:D

That one booth at the flea market that sells knock-off bullshit was on FIRE today. Me and Bitesize both got art kits. I got a full set of Sharpais. And Micrans.

And a fuckton of sunscreen. They had the spray on 50+ sport marked down to $1.

They were completely out of primer though, which sucks because they had a whole box last time. You gotta snatch that shit up.

I did, however, recently discover Wish, which is almost everything you get from the one good flea market booth, except you have to wait like 3 months to get it.

when i'm not feeling very optimistic, i see boris getting brit pm-ship, and then boris, trump, putin, kim, the leaders of china, and all that shit in the sudan, syria and iran and the gulf stuff leading to the perfect storm ahead

when countries get into such messes with their leadership (or lack of) and economic pressures make for civil unrest, the go-to for the good ol' politicians is a war. distracts the locals, you know.

Idk man, I'm from the US. We've been at war, without exaggeration, for as long as I can remember. Like pretty much since I've been in the world. I think there was like 4 years of pseudo-peace when I was a little bitty, but if you just keep harping on that it doesn't really serve as a distraction anymore, it's just background.

Who are we fighting right now? Those troops we're supposed to support- where are they being deployed to? You get that most people genuinely can't answer that off the top of their heads.

From my perspective, and studies show from the perspective of most of my generation, Eurasia has always been at war with Oceana.

Edit: Typos

there's always something going on. i have been in the habit of assuming ww3 was unlikely or, if it did happen, it'd be all about computers, a war of economics and information....

with the clouds gathering all around, i can see it happening all over again: the young, the disenfranchised, the ill-informed all pulled into getting full-on patriotic for their countries or simply getting forced to fight and being used as fodder for the guns.

Ah yes, it's Annoying Surprise Huge Flying Insect In Your Home Season again.

what good are these mesh guards outside my windows if they can't keep out the mutants?

damned mutants

perhaps the world can come together to fight the threat of them... wait, that's already been a film franchise, right?

leave the bugs alone, man. at this point it should be obvious that they have more of a right to exist than we do.
