It's an observation about one sided (or uncomfortably two sided) sexual tension and inadequacy that could turn into a story in the right hands. Imagine her going up and down in some guy's lap while she's doing the interview, effortlessly speaking and writing notes with her manicured fingers at the same time while the nerd stammers and hope she doesn't notice he's getting turned on by the performance/display before him. She gives him a disapproving look as if to say "Are you really so pervy as to be noticing this?" That could really be happening or it could be in the nerd's imagination, or you could leave that open to interpretation by the reader.

Hate to say it but I've seen quite a few like that - horny boss interviews naive young guy and they end up fucking on her desk. There's a good one where the boss is giving two guys their annual performance review and when they pass, she is their Christmas bonus. Who needs a pay rise?
