He really is. I agree with that wholeheartedly. He taps into their vitriol and tells them exactly what they want to hear. And more. He really is a showman without a doubt. He has fun, they are entertained. They all go home high on hate. And lies.

I’ve read a bunch of books on Trump from authors with axes to grind to journalists who hit it down the middle of the fairway...it’s all the same story, he’s a cheat and a liar. Great fun on the golf course it seems, but questions remain about the possibility of his being influenced by countries where he has business dealings...since he hasn’t divulged his taxes and all.

I think so. Just look at he numbers of how many show up see Trump as opposed to Biden for instance who is hard pressed to draw a few hundred. It was the same before 2016. He drew tens of thousands but the media polls showed him losing in a landslide.

The wild card in 2020 is going to come down to Bernie’s supporters, how committed they will be to vote for Biden if the election came down to Trump and Biden. His voters most likely tipped the scales between Trump and Hillary where the votes were close in favor of Trump.
