Hello fellow Marvel geeks. "Avengers: Endgame" is released tomorrow. Are you ready? Are you excited? Do you have plans to see it right away, or are you planning to let the crowds die down?

Any and all discussions are welcome, but let's be careful not to spoil it for those who haven't seen it. If you have seen the movie, and you want to discuss a specific plot element, please write "SPOILER ALERT" at the top of your post.

Ok, let's go!

I'm gonna wait. Actually I have to watch the first movie all over again. The first time around was pretty dizzying.

Taking the kiddos tomorrow for an 8:30pm showing...they’ve promised no bitching on Friday morning when I wake them for school! (I doubt it will happen)!

We saw Infinity Wars on opening night last year and daughter was supposed to have surgery tomorrow and so they were upset they were going to miss it. Procedure was cancelled last week and son immediately got on Fandango and found us tickets that weren’t in the front row!

Promise no spoilers!

I've been a Marvel fan since the early days, when the comic books cost 12 cents, and am looking forward to this movie, but despite all the hype:

I just can't believe that Marvel/Disney is really ending the Avengers franchise. Whatever they say, I just cannot believe that they will kill off this cash cow. Of course, they will create a few spin-offs from End Game, and depending on what major characters may or may not be killed, those pre-existing individual franchises will continue.

I predict that they already know how they will continue with more Avengers movies.

This is SO EXCITING, yet I can't go on without honorably mentioning Stan "The Man" Lee. I remember his comic books back in late 70s. They were iconic, groundbreaking, innovative and just downright awesome! The vocabulary and storyline really made you think. The drawing and inking was amazing too. I have this actual book, but this is the video: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...QwqsBCL4BMA8&usg=AOvVaw2Fqyu76GHGmFESfP1xLzxn

I saw Captain Marvel last night, and the familiar Marvel Studios intro you see with the comic book pages flipping has been changed with one featuring images of Stan.

He was the driving force in the popularity of comic books, the X-Men cartoons, movies and spin offs, the Avengers franchise and a whole host of books and fanfare.

Stan was one of those guys that influenced culture in ways a lot of people don't even realize. All the beer companies have to say "Drink Responsibly" in their ads, and one of them got creative and they say "With Great Beer Comes Great Responsibility." I hear that, and I wonder how many people know that's a jump off from the Spiderman origin story?

I learned how to draw from how Spiderman was drawn. It was AMAZING how he was drawn so limber and with muscles....I began my attraction to that V shaped muscular back because of how he was drawn. Yes, cartoons did that for me.

Going tomorrow. Gonna be awesome!

Between this one and Game of Thrones, it's going to be an exhausting weekend.

Going to see it tonight for $5.50, then this weekend with my nephew.

Stan was definitely the man. Excelsior!

I don't care about spoilers so let me what you guys think of the movie.

Today's the day. Seeing it tonight. One of the secondary good things about this is my kids can stop avoiding social media, which they've been doing to avoid hearing any spoilers.

I don't think its a good thing that they can return to social media. What's good is I don't have to listen to them complain about it anymore.

(Sorry, had an old man "get off my lawn" moment there).

This was my favorite Stan Lee cameo ever! I am a HUGE Kevin Smith fan and to see those two worlds collide again was awesome. He will definitely be missed!

(I can’t decide if I like the idea of his last appearance to be in Endgam - kind of appropriate - or if I’d like them to CGI him into every Marvel movie for the rest of eternity :) )

I've Seen EndGame twice; once on opening night (Thurs), once on opening day (Fri). There was laughter, there was cheering, there were tears. Although it is the end of an era, I think that this was a good send off for some of the characters. However, I do have some issues...which we can discuss at a later date

SPOILER ALERT: I can't believe that the Pet Avengers were finally able to defeat Thanos: Lockjaw, Cosmo, Streaky the Cat, and Throg, Frog of Thunder! :p

Isn't Streaky the cat Supergirl's pet?

I hope everyone who sees it enjoys it as much as I did.

When it was over, I felt like I had seen something on as large of a scale as was ever possible. It was as if the whole world was watching, and the movie was projected on the moon that had been pulled closer to loom over everyone, all looking up with awe and satisfaction.

It's rare when you so intensely anticipate something, and for that event to FAR exceed your expectations. That's where I sit today.

You can bet in future movies, they'll have little "Easter Egg" Stan sightings. Maybe an 8X10 in a frame on a coffee table or desk in someone's office.

I'm not ashamed to say I shed tears at the end. What an amazing triumph. Not just this movie but the 20-something great movies that came before it too. Just great, great stuff. Can't wait to get the bluray.

NO SPOILERS HERE

I cried a few times.

Agree with it being an amazing triumph. To tie the majority of a 22 film 11 year long story arc together like that is simply incredible.
