I'm not convinced there is a single shred of evidence that 'the Russians' had Hillary's email archives and leaked these anywhere.

But nevertheless if that is the contention, does this class as 'manipulating public opinion?' What those emails showed FACTUALLY, was that Hillary Clinton was a criminal and a HUGE liar and a fraud in spades. She took two hundred million dollars from Muslims in Morocco and 'suddenly' a Pakistani spy Imran Arwan had open access to all the communications of the US Secretary of State!!

Leaking the emails is 'manipulating public opinion...' There was no disinformation involved there - the leaked emails were real; that is, they were exact digital instances of her real emails. 'Disinformation?' 'Manipulation?'
