The best way to get final revenge on someone you don’t like, or that you feel did you wrong, is to just move on with your life and stop letting the very mention of their name throw you into a rage.

Rise above the situation instead of lowering yourself to their level by using outdated, vulgar insults and profanity.

I just don’t understand. They’re gone, they should hold no more power over you yet you give it to them freely.
