You're 41 years old. Your entire lifetime discrimination on a host of immutable characteristics has been unlawful and there has been an entire industry in Washington DC of lawyers devoted to ensuring that that law is complied with. You've never walked into an employer break room in your entire life that did not have a poster prominently displayed as required by law with the phone number affixed thereto to reach said lawyers.
Every major employer in the United States has the both stated goal and actual personnel devoted to campaigns specifically designed to attract promote and retain people who are not white males.
Only a person who is so inept that they cannot take advantage of what is placed so helpully before they would wine that they did not live in the greatest time ever in the history of the world not to be a white male.
Name a specific antidote that you were aware of where a person of color was actively discriminated against in hiring promotion or retention. Be specific and explain why it is you did not point them to the EEOC number.
Statistical correlation about certain demographic groups failure to thrive is absolutely not a valid metric to prove what you think it proves. It is no coincidence that both racists such as yourself and more conventional racists both point to group statistics in order to prove something that is unprovable about individuals who are much more complex than their membership in a particular demographic.
I have no idea who you are or what you're about. I have not walked a mile in your moccasins nor you in mine so I will not go for the easy job about you personally having inadequacies that you are covering by ascribing systemic racism to a system specifically designed to root any and all of that out. You, likewise, have not walked a mile in mine or hordes of other white males who very well can all point to specific instances where others have been given undeserved promotions have been retained despite repeated well documented offenses for no other reason than that fact that they were not white males. It happens in every workplace in America and pretending that white males don't notice these things is silly. Of course I would not presume to speak for all white males but myself I just soldier on with the idea that public policies that I personally view as misguided are not such a hindrance to me that I would give it much of a thought if it weren't for people like you yammering on about my white privilege, which is nonsense invented by a progressive white woman that you pair it as if it's real. It's far more likely that you are imagining privileges that don't exist then the idea that I'm ignoring privileges that do. Especially since you can point to no specific privileges that I enjoy.
