It's been at least a quarter century since Que d/b/a beew was a teenage boy. Ask him about the time his mom caught him whacking off to the men's underwear pages in the JC Penney catalog.

If the female lead is hot and wears skimpy garments, like Wonder Woman, teenage boys will want to see the movie. Otherwise, not so much.

1958 is calling - it wants its mentality back.

These people cannot cope with a changing society and they are losing their minds. Most of them will perish soon due to old age and so they will not suffer through the inconveniences any longer

Biology is calling- science is still a thing no matter how badly you want to deny it!!! :)

After you get done explaining how puberty is nothing more than a mentality from 1958 maybe you can then explain how gender is just a social construct. :D

Changing society doesn't make puberty go away.

Biology is a science, one with established facts, facts you lefties can't seem to come to grips with.

The sooner you stop denying science the easier life will get for you.

I really hope you are not implying that teenage boys and young men are no longer interested in hot females in skimpy costumes. If such a state were to ever come to pass, the human race would be DOOMED!

You're going to try a straw-man argument? Really?

I implied nothing of the sort. I'm saying teenage boys won't be turned away from a Marvel picture due to lack of skimpy clothing, which is what your "not so much" response suggested.

This thread proves you and your fellow deplorables have ancient and incorrect ideas about young men & consumerism. For example, 30% of My Little Pony's global audience (and corresponding sales) are boys, according to Hasbro. They even have commercials with boys. You can slam that all you want - and you will - but money talks, bullshit walks.

Face it: it's 2019, and you all are clueless.

Yes these kids these days don't care. A fun movie is a fun movie. He is very out of touch.

First, a movie of this type would probably be rated G or PG, so nobody would be turned away, except for reasons of overcrowding or something similar.

Second, numerous boys and men will go to a movie featuring action and violence. The hot women in skimpy costumes would be a bonus. However, a few of these males would not go if that bonus were lacking. If ten million would go to the movie with the scantily clad hotties and 9,999,000 would go to the movie without them, my statement is true. 9,999,000 is not so much as 10,000,000.

Third, whatever year it is, most men and boys like to look at hot women, especially if they are naked or almost naked. If you doubt that, check out the number of views of the threads in this forum which feature such women.

Hahaha!
I forgot about that.

It Will make money. You won the thread. Case closed.
Allthough I don't think That's what the OP and the other feminists men had in mind.

Aren't you the same dude who got onto me because my generation wasn't fucking enough?

Dude. Sex no longer sales. We have internet porn. We don't have to jack off to movies. Go actually look at sales figures and shit. Not only is that not true now, that wasn't even true for my parents' generation when folks were jacking off to Sigourney in a full body spacesuit.

It's not that we don't like hot chicks- it's that you don't know what a hot chick is. Power is sexy and maybe if you got pegged you'd feel better.

I am gonna watch some old TV though. We were going through those old Simpsons the other day and gf and I are interested in Xena. I know nothing about it other that the lead is hot, so it seems to be marketed on the principle you're talking about. My bf says I'll like it and that he used to watch it. Compared it to Buffy, which I have also not seen so... That accomplished nothing in explaining the show.

My brother is a teenage boy so I'm gonna ask what him and his buddies favorite movie is. I'll let you know the answer when he writes back, because it occurs to me that I have never seen him watch a movie, like by choice. The kids these days are too busy with their Elder Scrolls, their YouTubes and their Fortnite dancing.

Sex is no longer taboo for this generation, hell it's EVERYWHERE, so a little skin doesn't really faze them as compared to fifty years ago, or in the 1930s during Boxlicker's time. It's not as tantalizing as in the past.

He said the only thing he watched in the theater that he remembered was Bohemian Rhapsody. And then told me they were following some show that was basically "Guess the Furry" where celebrities dress up in fursuits and you have to figure out who it is and apparently a bunch of kids are coming to my house for the finale.

I'm realizing as I type that that wasn't part of the movie conversation. This is just... unrelated knowledge about him having people over. For me.

But I guess the kids are into Queen and correctly identifying furries?

So.

I don't know what to do with that information but there you go.

This generation is a bit...interesting. I will have to say that. Hard to figure them out, lol.

He sent me a video of the peacock and this slams hard as hell. This isn't what I thought from his description. You know, C, you could come out of your room and actually watch shit with the rest of us instead of being a fucking hermit and we'd all be cool with the singing furry show.

I literally asked what the kids are into and he said drugs and pokemon with absolutely no context.

He does not seem interested in providing further context because he told me he was busy. But if that's the case things haven't changed at all so I suspect he's trolling me.

They tested the super soldier serum on African Americans before giving it to Steve Rogers.

Whaddya know. Art imitates life! :D

And the only black people in the movies way back then were probably in black face.

uhhh...Al Jolson theatrics aside, actual black people existed in movies back then, Vette.

I know it's difficult to believe, with colonizer mindsets making whiteness the default setting on everything in the Western World, but yeah, we were there. :D

Whenever I hear about Wonder Woman, I think about how much money it made for Steve Mnuchin.
