Incels & alt-right already losing their minds over Captain Marvel

This is rather puzzling. When I was much younger, I was a fan of this kind of movie, and Captain Marvel was a man, the alter-ego of Billy Batson, who was a teen-age news broadcaster. His sister and partner was Mary Marvel and Captain Marvel Jr. was also part of the mix. I was always puzzled about this, because Jr. seemed to be older than the captain.

Can't wait to see it. It's going to be awesome.

Still can't understand why people not interested in a movie like this, feel the need to post all over the internet about it? Just don't see it. We don't need to see you cry about why you don't want to see it. LOL

She never said she wanted white dudes replaced as film critics, once again, alt-rightists grasping at straws. Just like the Ocasio bullshit, some of you continue to make up lies or spin as you wish.

About a year ago, I started paying attention to what my press days looked like and the critics reviewing movies, and noticed it appeared to be overwhelmingly white male. So, I spoke to Dr Stacy Smith at the USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, who put together a study to confirm that. Moving forward, I decided to make sure my press days were more inclusive. After speaking with you, the film critic Valerie Complex and a few other women of colour, it sounded like across the board they weren’t getting the same opportunities as others. When I talked to the facilities that weren’t providing it, they all had different excuses.’”

"Larson detailed her mission for diverse critics when she accepted the Crystal Award at the Women in Film Crytal + Lucy Awards in Los Angeles last June. She would specifically point to A Wrinkle Time and the abysmal reviews the film received from both critics and the audience saying, “I don’t need a 40-year-old white dude to tell me what didn’t work about A Wrinkle in Time. It wasn’t made for him! I want to know what it meant to women of color, biracial women, to teen women of color, to teens that are biracial.”

“For the third time, I don’t hate white dudes. These are just facts. These are not my feelings.” Larson would add, “Am I saying I hate white dudes? No, I am not. What I am saying is you make a movie that is a love letter to women of color, there is an insanely low chance a woman of color will have a chance to see your movie, and review your movie.”"

Where are the lies? Women of color have their own experiences and a white man cannot tell them how they should feel about these unique experiences. That's not racism or hatred, it's pure fucking common sense.

"The study found that out of 19,559 reviews, white men wrote 63.9 percent of reviews, white women wrote 18.1 percent, men of color wrote 13.8 percent, and 4.1 percent were written by women of color."

Makes absolutely no sense.

I use Netflix, I don't waste money on theaters anymore. Hollywood is dying. Phony themes, zero creativity, and totally political. People want to be entertained. They don't want to be herded into an auditorium and subjected to two hours of liberal virtue signalling and propaganda.

Jeebus. I bet you are one dry-assed fuck, ain'tcha?

I bet the spread at your 4th Of July parties are lined with lukewarm Kool-Aid and unused Cheez-Wiz!

Fuck the racist bitch.

Now now....as long as the racism is "correct" racism it's all good!!! Extra WOKE...very "progressive" :D

Pretty sure that preview audiences tend to have more than 12 people. If would be bad if those were the only positive reviews out of an audience of a few hundred.

Pretty much all blue checks too....making sure they back the SJW virtue signaling.

We'll see on the opening week how well it goes but the projections are not looking very good.

He is so miserable and paranoid. The classic alt-right, HOLLYWOOD IS THIS THAT AND THE OTHER.

Come up with better arguments, parrot. Dude might as well not come outside of the house anymore, the bogeyman is outside.

How in the hell do these rightists function in life?

Y'know, I get sometimes why women don't wanna fuck these dudes and why they keep coming here to continuously complain about life.

I mean, really, who would want to? There's no joy sparking there! Marie Kondo would kill herself trying to reform these schmucks! :D

Are you saying that if you make a movie which appeals only to a limited spectrum of viewers, those who aren't in that spectrum aren't allowed to not like the movie and say it was a waste of money to make it?

Or, are you saying that, if you make a movie for a limited viewership and then release it to mass market, the reason your sales are flat are because the reviews aren't done by your limited viewership?

What makes no sense is that you think that you have to be a certain gender or race to be able to review if a movie is good or bad. I don't care about the percentage breakdown of movie reviewers.

I don't care that one white guy created a third of Wikipedia.
I don't care that 80% of veterinarians are female.
I don't care that 99.5% of firefighters are men.
I don't care that 63.9 percent of reviews were written by white men.

Who cares? It makes no difference which direction men or women lean towards when choosing a profession.

I'll bet you're one fat old greasy toad dreaming of raping other fat old toads. I'll bet as well you're in mourning on the 4th of July.:D;)

They are a whiny lot, boring, unfunny, and just a DRAG.

Dry and stale like an opened box of 30 days over the sell by date Quaker Oats.

They have to feign politeness in the outside world, holding in that toxic hatefulness and resentment and let it out on here, as this board is a safe outlet for them.

After all free speech + the ease of anonymity means one can be an asshole and vent in this barnyard. There is a reason why so many alt-right human beings latch on to online message boards. They can't function in the outside world because of all these DAMN bogeymen, mad at the changing world, like a preteen filled with angst.

Frankly, I am damn sick of their whining, put on a pacifier, nipple, or something and get over it. A few of them indeed have wives, I don't know how, but once again, they have to allow their inner demon to explode, and this is their outlet.

It makes sense once you realize just what a bigot it is.

It's arguably the most racist and sexist on the board right next to busybody.

Apparently she believes the "male majority" in the United states should have no say one way or the other.
