no. I used to, but it is because the american undergarment industry sucks.

and now you get a history lesson. ok, so bras really sucked until the 50s, where they got a little bit better, but were made of all silk, which doesn't stretch at all, so a certain sizing formula was created. Times changed and we added elastic, but we never added new sizes. So when you go into an American shop, if they simply don't make your size, they revert to sizing in the 50s to get you into something.

so back in the day, I'd go into a shop and they would tell me I wore a 36DDD. but what I actually wore was a 32H, it just didn't exist. so i would have to pull underwire out of the bra, thinking I am the type who just can't wear underwire. in actuality, they are selling me a bra that is too wide, because they can't sell me anything deep enough. this also means that the band, which should be doing all of the supporting, does no supporting as all it does is ride up in the back, and now my shoulders do all the supporting, thus causing neck and back pain. I was better off without a bra, as at least I wasn't forcing my neck and shoulders to carry all the weight.

then with the internet, I learn US companies just lie to me. If I went into a fitting now, they would probably tell me I wear a 42J US as that is the closest thing that actually exist. I should actually wear a 36M, but doesn't exist. Now, luckily, the internet came, and I finally learned I've been lied to my whole life, and while US won't make my size, Europe does, albeit different measurements, but I can order a 36J UK and it actually be correct (or close as their is some manufacturer and model variation)

I thought I couldn't wear underwire and ripped it out of everything, I love underwire now, I just couldn't wear underwire that was 4 inches too wide. Back, neck, and shoulder pain vanishes because rather than having 10 lbs strapped with a very thing string being supported by my shoulders all day, I have 13 pounds evenly distributed (I got bigger than when I wore the wrong bras).

It is not the tits causing the back pain, it is being required to strap them to ones shoulders that causes the back pain. fix that, and everything else will probably fall in line. Any woman who thinks her tits are causing back pain, and who doesn't want to gamble with sizing herself and has no good European shops nearby, I would probably recommend a sizing a Nordstroms. the past few years, they have really upped their game and added a lot of European bras to their stores, so they don't need to lie to you to try to make you fit in the closest thing that exists. She might be very surprised at what they bring her.
