Basking in the Sunshine!

Today was a good day! Not only was I able to get everything I needed to done, but the weather was amazing!!! I didn't get to be outside much, but I'm just so happy it was warm and sunny!

I did feel a little sad today, though, because a friend was having a rough day and there wasn't any real way I could help. I am sure tomorrow will be better for them, but still, it's tough to know someone you care about is hurting.

I almost broke into a sweat today. Then again I was wearing long sleeve for the cooler weather. It was so nice to enjoy something that didn't feel like an impending ice age.

I know! It was really good to not be constantly cold, even if it won’t last.

Wednesday Musings

Good morning! It's another bright, sunny day, although it is a bit cooler. I'm getting ready for work, hoping today will not be as crazy as Monday was, lol!

Just a couple random thoughts this morning. 1. Is it bad that I just want to be comfortable and don't care if that means I look like a hag? lol
And 2. How many days do you give someone before you just assume you've been ghosted and give up waiting to hear from them?

Anyway, gotta dash. but here is what I wish I was going to be wearing all day, instead of work clothes.

1) I doubt you’d ever be able to pull off the true hag look, as you’re too young and good looking for that; and

2) 3 days, unless they live in the hinterlands of Montana or Alaska. Then, 5-7 (unreliable WiFi, bear ate them, etc.). It’s scientific and all.

As long as you are comfortable in what you wear and what you look like, then that’s good enough. Anyone else can get lost.

Ghosting is an awkward one. I would give a week or less depending how intense it has been up to the last message. Shit happens that sometimes is out of our control, but anyone who is really interested will make every attempt to make contact by whatever means they can.
