At this point, I would do a lift if it was free lol. I do expect to have a reduction before I retire. I have been told by women who have had reductions and handed me plastic surgeons cards that I should have no issue getting it covered as medically necessary and generally they can get someone approved if breast weight is more than 3% of body weight and I am like triple that. But truth is I don't want to be small chested, I do wish they were up where they belong though. Also, if I do have a reduction, might I still not be right back where I am 25 years later, assuming I do not change my lifestyle I keep having weight fluctuations. Every person I know who ever had gastric bypass, bands, lipo, tummy tucks, by 10 years they are right back where they started.

Mostly lurker chiming in to say that I think your breasts are lovely just as they are! I certainly love their size and natural shape. I would understand if you got a reduction due to medical reasons. Does your back ever hurt due to them? But until then I think they look perfect and they are two *big* reasons why I love reading your thread. Well, them and your crazy entertaining stories. A lift to get them where they belong? I think they belong in someone's mouth, getting your nipples sucked. The way they hang is amazing. I doubt you will get your breasts reduced anytime soon, so while this is selfish of me, I will continue to enjoy their huge size and natural shape for as long as you post on Lit! Thank you. I know my build is not everyone's cup of tea. And the irony of the fact that i have be asked about having my appearance cosmetically corrected fairly often, while I am quite sure people aren't going up to A and B cups discussing cosmetic correction for them is not lost on me. No, I do not have back pain. Well last year my back hurt for a couple days, no idea why, but every day I lift beyond osha weight safety standards for women, and at least once a month I exceed the safety standards for men, so I assume I just lifted too much too often that week. Oh and 6 years ago, the last week of my pregnancy I started developing a little pain and numbness in my leg, but it is pretty common at that time, I really think that is more an 8lb weight sitting on the sciatic nerve.

If I was always wearing a bra with much too big of a band to make up for much too small of a cup, then I might get shoulder and back pain, so I tend to just buy the correct size bra

But yeah I have no plans anytime soon. Basically if the are resting on the top rail of my walker is my line. Or if I have exceeded all possible well fitting bras thus develop issues.

As for cosmetics, there are many things I'd rather have done first lol.
