Actually, you could make the hedge with some fruit-bearing plant, and then there'd be things for people to eat on their way over the border. I'm thinking feijoas.

I think his understanding of the term 'artistically' is a little shaky too.
 
Maybe what Trump really meant was that the Mexicans will pay for the modifications to the wall, like the tunnels, the ladders, the torched openings, etc.

Yeah, that's the ticket. He wasn't talking about the structure, per se.
 
We've already been seeing through Trump's wall for awhile. ;)

See I was thinking that we could put it next to this hedge, but like, a little higher so that we get a nice two-level effect.
