Is the tentative title of my novel about two females who run for President. One of them defeats the gal who ran for President several times and lost every time. Both serve in the same party, and the party controls Congress.

I'm getting into the story writing. The new President recruits Britain and the EU to help capture and execute Santa Claus, her nemesis demands the government and academis persrcute talented Americans as the new racists.

This vaguely sounds like something my brother wrote a few years back, sans female presidents, of course.

It’s an eye-catching title. But the description seems like it could easily go the cliche way of two women fighting each other for a male sexual interest. That trope is a snore. I hope you are able to avoid it.

If you don't actually write it, and are just trying to provoke a response on the discussion board, you have no trouble avoiding writing a cliche. ;)

It’s an excellent title but at that level of politics a challenging story to write.

I expect Bette Davis, Joan Crawford, and Tallulah Bankhead to appear in the (also not being made) movie version.
