Happy Thanksgiving American, folk. I hope your turkey dinner and NFL are all enjoyable.
This year has been an annus anus. Fucking horrible.
But I have met some amazing people, on here and in the big wide world. One person, especially. She knows who she is
I'm thankful for that. I'm thankful that what I have going on now isn't any worse. And I am thankful for my dog. Silly? Maybe. Annoying, without doubt. But earlier, when I was having an emotional moment she dropped the squeaky toy she had been torturing my ears with, jumped on the sofa next to me and leaned against me, her head on my arm and her paw on my thigh as if to say "come on. it'll be ok".
Well I think you've met a few "she"s on here to be grateful for this year.
Cas, tink, fara, and I, at least. They are amazing friends to us both, and I'm so grateful they are so good to us. Amy you've known a while so predates a year. ♡

Thankful for... finding me. Standing up. Finding my voice. Taking back my life. Finding "home". For you. For Grumps. For my daughter. My mom. My aunt.
For growth experiences, even if they hurt, so for my past... and the summer.
